MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES

Breast pumps and related equipment are covered solely by the manufacturer's warranty.

Warranty coverage, duration, exclusions, and remedies are determined exclusively by the manufacturer.

Lactation Depot does not provide independent warranties unless expressly stated in writing.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for:

• Registering products with the manufacturer when applicable.
• Following manufacturer instructions.
• Maintaining proof of purchase.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

Customers experiencing product issues should contact the manufacturer directly for:

• Troubleshooting
• Warranty replacement
• Warranty repair
• Technical support

Lactation Depot may assist customers in identifying manufacturer contact information but does not make warranty determinations.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Manufacturer warranties generally do not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse
• Neglect
• Improper cleaning
• Unauthorized modifications
• Accidental damage
• Cosmetic damage

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Products believed to be defective upon arrival should be reported to Lactation Depot within seven (7) days of delivery.

Photographs and additional information may be requested.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lactation Depot's liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product.

Lactation Depot shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from product use or manufacturer defects.
