Lactation Depot is committed to providing quality breastfeeding products while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.
DUE TO THE PERSONAL NATURE OF BREASTFEEDING PRODUCTS, CERTAIN ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED ONCE SHIPPED.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
• Breast pumps
• Breast pump replacement parts
• Flanges
• Valves
• Membranes
• Tubing
• Collection containers
• Milk storage bags
• Nursing supplies
• Opened products
• Products that have come into contact with breast milk
• Final sale items
• Clearance items
These restrictions are necessary to comply with health and safety standards.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment.
Once an order has been submitted to a shipping carrier, the order cannot be canceled.
Insurance claims may be submitted immediately upon fulfillment and may not be reversible after processing has begun.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Any approved return requires a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number issued by Lactation Depot.
Returns received without an RMA may be refused.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS
Unused, unopened, and resalable non-hygiene products may be eligible for return if:
• Return request is submitted within ten (10) days of delivery.
• Product remains in original packaging.
• Product is unopened.
• Product is unused.
• Product is in resalable condition.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify Lactation Depot within seven (7) days of delivery.
Photographs will be required to process a claim.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
• Lactation Depot shipped the incorrect item.
• The product arrived damaged.
• The product was defective upon arrival.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Lactation Depot.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS RECEIVED
Products that cannot legally be restocked or resold may be discarded and will not be returned to the customer.
